They can also manage the club in different roles such as Sporting Director, Manager, Head Coach, or Chairman/Owner.

They can upgrade facilities, negotiate sponsorships, hire and fire management teams, and negotiate transfers and contracts with players and staff. In FCM25, players can create their own area for the club and develop their stadium, training ground, academy, facilities, fitness center, and medical facilities. The game also shows key match highlights during the game, allowing players to see the most important moments. With a database of over 30,000 players, each with their own unique play styles, stats, personalities, and behaviors, players can buy or loan players to strengthen their team.
