The game boasts over 91 playable characters, including popular Marvel superheroes such as Iron Man, Spider-Man, Captain America, and Wolverine. These characters can be unlocked as you progress through the game, and select character families can also be purchased through the in-game store.

Players will embark on 45 action-packed missions, chasing down Cosmic Bricks across key locations from the Marvel Universe. They will battle enemies using superpower abilities like flight, super strength, and invisibility. Fast-paced combat moves and Super Moves, such as Hulk's Thunder Clap and Iron Man's Arc Reactor, can also be activated.

In addition to the main missions, players can also complete challenges and earn rewards. The game offers the option to switch between "Console" and "Touch Screen" controls, allowing players to find the play-style that suits them best.
