Career Mode allows players to experience the journey of a professional athlete, starting as a rookie and working their way up to becoming a star player. After showcasing their skills in the Rookie Showcase, players will get drafted and begin their career in the league. As they play games, they will earn XP and have the opportunity to improve their attributes, making them a better player overall. They can also choose to request trades to different teams or stay loyal to their current team and aim to win as many accolades as possible.

In General Manager Mode, players take on the role of a team manager and have the ability to scout for new prospects and make trades to improve their team's roster. They can also focus on developing their players to create the best possible team and compete for a championship. Additionally, players can induct their greatest players into the Hall of Fame, adding to the legacy of their team.

Commissioner Mode gives players the ultimate control over the league. They can choose to control all teams or let the CPU make decisions for them. They also have the option to play, spectate, or simulate any game in the league, allowing them to watch their league evolve over an endless amount of seasons.

Other features of the application include the ability to fully customize leagues, teams, and players. Players can also import or export custom leagues to share with the community. The Premium Edition of the app is available for a one-time purchase and does not include any ads, providing a seamless and uninterrupted experience for players.
