Hidden Folks is an interactive game where players search for hidden characters in miniature landscapes. The landscapes are hand-drawn and players can interact with them by unfurling tent flaps, cutting through bushes, slamming doors, and even poking crocodiles. The game features a strip of targets that show players what to look for, and they can click on a target for a hint. Once enough targets are found, players can unlock the next area.

The game boasts 32 hand-drawn areas, each with over 300 targets to find. To add to the immersive experience, there are over 2000 mouth-originated sound effects and 500 unique interactions. Players can also choose from three different color modes: normal, sepia, and night mode. Additionally, the game is available in 22 languages, all translated by the community.
