With this application, users can view their account balances and transaction history, deposit checks from their mobile devices, pay bills, and make transfers between their First Citizens accounts. They can also manage their credit cards by locking and unlocking them, activating new cards, reporting lost or stolen cards, and more. Additionally, users can receive account and security alerts via text or email, and access their checking, savings, and credit card statements at any time. They can even view their tax documents through the app.

For consumer customers, First Citizens Digital Banking offers even more features. They can link all their accounts, even those from other financial institutions, to get a complete financial picture. This allows them to track spending patterns, create budgets, understand their net worth, and manage expenses all in one place. They can also send money to friends and family through Zelle®, transfer funds to and from accounts at other financial institutions, and view their FICO® Scores if they have a consumer loan, credit card, or mortgage. The app also allows them to set up alerts to monitor credit and debit card activity, and manage their debit cards by locking and unlocking them, changing their PIN, and reporting lost or stolen cards. Credit card customers can also add authorized users and request balance transfers.

Business customers can also benefit from First Citizens Digital Banking. They can set up multi-user access, customize and designate access to employees who help manage the company's finances. They can also send domestic wire transfers and payments via ACH. The app also offers features to help detect fraud, such as ACH Monitor and Positive Pay. Business customers can also set up alerts to monitor credit card activity.
