Legend has it that three fox brothers were once revered as gods in a town, but they eventually turned against humanity. In a desperate attempt to save themselves, the townspeople called upon the god of foxes, Inari, who granted a local girl the power to control the unruly deities. However, during a visit to some ruins, you accidentally release the three brothers into the modern world. It is now your responsibility to uncover your heritage and find a relic that can restore order before chaos consumes the town once again. In this game, you play as a history student who is familiar with the legend of the three fox brothers. However, your knowledge becomes more than just a story when you release them into the modern world. It is now up to you to fulfill your destiny and save the town from destruction. The three fox brothers each have their own distinct personalities. Norito, the eldest brother, is arrogant and hot-tempered, and sees humans as a hindrance to his ambitions. Mikoto, the middle brother, is cunning and always looking for ways to further his own interests. Kanoto, the youngest brother, is more friendly towards humans but still sees them as playthings. With his enthusiasm and charm, he may be the key to bringing his brothers under control and restoring peace to the town. As you navigate through the game, you will have to make choices and alliances in order to uncover your heritage and find the relic needed to stop the three fox brothers. Will you be able to outsmart them and save the town, or will you fall victim to their schemes and become just another pawn in their game? The fate of the foxes and the town lies in your hands.
