In Countryballs at War, you have the ability to declare war, form alliances, sign peace treaties, and even puppet weaker countries. At the start of each game, you will have a set number of attack and diplomacy points. These points are consumed each time you attack a territory or use diplomacy actions. They reset at the end of each turn, but you can increase their limits by upgrading your Academies. This adds another layer of strategy to the game as you must carefully manage your points and decide when to use them.

In combat, your goal is to cross your enemies' borders by sending your units to the battlefield. However, your enemies will not make it easy for you, so you must call upon your allies and build strong armies to increase your chances of success.

To build a strong army, you must unlock units from the Barracks and Artillery Depot and upgrade them with resources. Each country has unique units, and more will be added in future updates. Additionally, there are world events such as the Pirate Invasion that add another challenge to the game.
