The app also provides helpful tools such as locating branch and ATM locations, as well as 24/7 access to activate, temporarily lock, re-order, or report lost/stolen debit cards. You can also securely chat with Citizens Bank during regular banking hours for any questions or concerns you may have. And to keep your account even more secure, you can enable debit card alerts to receive notifications for any suspicious activity.
