The Manage Accounts application allows users to easily keep track of their finances by providing up-to-date balances and account activity. Users can also take control of their debit cards by freezing and unfreezing them as needed.

With the Deposit Checks feature, users can conveniently deposit checks by simply taking photos of them. Deposits made by 10 pm ET will receive same-business day credit.

The Transfer Money feature allows users to make transfers between their Citizens accounts as well as to non-Citizens accounts. This feature also offers the option to securely send money using Zelle®.

Users can also manage all their bills in one place with the Pay Bills feature. They can view their payment history and easily add and pay any company.

To ensure the security of users' finances, the Citizens Bank Online Guarantee® is in place. This guarantees protection for users' finances while using the application.
