CitiBusiness Mobile

This app, called CitiBusiness® Mobile, allows users to conveniently and securely generate token codes for login and transaction approvals on CitiBusiness® Online. It also provides access to account activities such as monitoring balances, initiating payments and transfers, and approving wire transactions and Positive Pay items.

In order to use the app, users must be specifically entitled for access and should contact their Security Administrator beforehand. If this step is not completed, the app can still be downloaded but access will be denied upon login.

The app requires the use of a standard keyboard, so users may need to change their default keyboard setting or delete any non-standard keyboard apps before launching the app. Additionally, jailbroken and rooted mobile devices cannot be used with this app.

With CitiBusiness® Mobile, it has never been easier to access your accounts on the go. The app will automatically communicate with Citi's server to relay your consent and record usage metrics. By consenting to the installation of this app, you are also giving consent for any future updates or upgrades that may be necessary for the app to function properly.
